Roberth Swimming Pools (Chris w/ URBANPOOLBUILDER) and his father Jose built a pool, a Gazebo, and did some landscape work for us at the beginning of 2015. These guys were diligent in their work and the ultimate professionals. All the subcontractors they used on the project were also similarly good, and made sure they verified and re-verified their plan before they commence work to make sure they met our expectations.

Since this was our first time building a pool, we totally depended on them to guide us through the process and make the experience enjoyable. We really appreciated their patience and taking time to explain every little detail to make sure they incorporated what we wanted into the design. We were kept up to date on every step throughout the project. The project was completed on-time, within budget without any negative surprises. They performed exceptionally well without us having to monitor every step, and used the best materials for the pool, gazebo and landscaping.

They made the whole process enjoyable, exceeded our expectations and there wasn’t a moment we felt that we have to worry or oversee the operation. It is great to know that there are contractors out there like these guys one can rely on to do what they say they will do. I will recommend them for similar projects without hesitation.

I am very pleased with the outcome and it looks fantastic! Your employees were very friendly and helpful and also did a great job answering all of my questions throughout the entire process. In addition, I found the work was professional and completed on time and on budget.
